People talk about bouncing back.
Back where? The person you were is gone. The life you knew has ended. There is no back.
What’s possible now is something harder and truer — a crossing. Not a return.

WHAT HAPPENS IN THE ROOM
Something moves.
Not eventually. Not after weeks of work — though the work continues. In the session itself. You arrive carrying something that has been stuck, sometimes for years. And by the time we’re done your body knows something has shifted before your mind catches up.
We follow what’s alive in the room. Dreams. Shadow. The grief that never had a witness. The rage that was never allowed. The knowing you stopped trusting. We move energy, track the body, work with what lives beneath the words.
I can see the shift in you before you feel it yourself. That’s the work.
~ Richard Rohr
This work is for people who can no longer go back to sleep.
Something has cracked open — a loss, a collapse, an unraveling that won’t stop no matter how hard you try to manage it. And beneath the devastation there is something else. A refusal. A knowing that none of it will be enough this time.
You are being called toward something you don’t have words for yet.
This is the work of becoming conscious. Of asking — beneath all of it, who am I actually? What is mine to live?
It is not easy work. It is not quick. But for some people there is no other way forward.
This is for the ones who feel that in their bones.
Sessions look and feel like conversation — but unlike any conversation you’ve had before.
We talk. We follow what’s alive in the room. We go where the energy moves. And in the session itself something shifts — the story you’ve been carrying begins to look different. Not because we’ve changed what happened, but because we’ve changed the lens entirely.
What your doctor may have named as symptoms, older ways of knowing recognize as a soul in passage. What felt like pathology begins to feel like purpose.
This is not about managing what’s happening to you. It’s about understanding it at a depth that transforms it.
Sessions are 60-75 minutes. We typically meet weekly at first, moving to bi-weekly or monthly as your new ground begins to form.
Expect to be vulnerable.
Expect to cry.
Expect to be uncomfortable.
Expect to be seen. Not the version holding it together. The whole one.
Expect to be nurtured and respected.
Expect to leave different than you arrived.
You don’t need to have it together to reach out.
You don’t need clarity or courage or even hope yet.
This devastation is exactly where we start.
