As a Shamanic Practitioner and Usui Reiki Master, I work with spiritually guided life force energy to facilitate healing at the deepest levels.

Shamanism taps the power and wisdom of nature and expanded spiritual realities—working with the spirits of earth, ancestors, and allies to restore harmony.

Reiki channels universal life force energy to restore wellbeing and balance.
Separately, each practice is powerful. When combined, their healing capacity multiplies.

Reiki is a spiritual healing art rooted in Japanese tradition. The word combines “rei” (universal life) and “ki” (energy)—the life force that flows through all living things.

Reiki is not:

  • Massage
  • Based on any particular religion
  • Something you need to believe in for it to work

Reiki is: Pure universal energy channeled through a practitioner’s hands to the recipient. The practitioner is a conduit—the energy comes from divine source, not from the healer themselves.

During a session, you’ll enter an alpha state (between sleep and awake)—completely relaxed yet receptive. Many people feel tingling, warmth, or involuntary movement as energy shifts and flows.

Available in-person or remotely (energy knows no distance).

You’ll lie comfortably, fully clothed, while I work with the energetic field around and within your body. Sacred space is created. Spirit guides and healing ancestors are invited. Tools like crystals, palo santo, and rattles may be used.

What you might experience:

  • Deep relaxation and alpha state (between sleep and wake)
  • Tingling, warmth, or waves of energy
  • Involuntary movement or twitching (energy releasing)
  • Visions, insights, or messages
  • Emotional release (tears, laughter, sighs)
  • Profound peace

After the session:

  • Integration time (rest, hydrate, be gentle with yourself)
  • Insights may continue to unfold over days/weeks
  • Your energy field continues reorganizing and healing

This is root-level transformation using ancient shamanic methods:
