For parents navigating the unbearable loss of a baby.
No one understands what it’s like to lose a baby like a parent who has been there. This is a grief that shatters everything—your body, your identity, your hope, your future. You’re not just mourning a death. You’re mourning who you thought you’d become.
Wherever you are in your grief, you are not alone.
This program is for mothers and families who have experienced miscarriage, stillbirth, or infant loss. Whether your loss was yesterday, last month, or years ago—support is here for you.
This is a safe space to share your story, speak your baby’s name, and be witnessed in your devastation. Or simply to listen until you’re ready to speak.
WHAT TO EXPECT
Our groups meet for six 90-minute sessions. Each gathering includes:
Education & Information (30 minutes)
Brief presentations on topics including:
Coping with grief and its physical/emotional waves
Responses from family, friends, and others
Impact of loss on relationships and intimacy
Individual grief responses (no two people grieve the same)
The difficulty of facing another pregnancy
Honoring your baby through mementos and ritual
Sacred Circle Sharing (60 minutes)
Open discussion where group members share and support each other. You can share your story, your baby, your grief—or just listen. Both are welcome.
Reunion Meeting
Several weeks after the final session, we gather again to check in and continue support.
COMMITMENT REQUIRED
Because trust and safety are built over time, we ask participants to commit to attending all six sessions in person. Group members must be present for the first session’s guidelines before joining the discussion.
This commitment honors your grief and honors the other parents who are trusting this space with their sacred loss.
WHO THIS IS FOR
Open to all parents who have experienced pregnancy or infant loss, regardless of:
Background or religion (all faiths welcome)
Gender or sexual orientation
Relationship status (single parents welcome)
How long ago the loss occurred
Two different support groups are offered to meet different needs. Contact me to discuss which group is right for you.
YOU ARE NOT ALONE
This loss is unspeakable. This grief has no timeline. This threshold between the parent you thought you’d be and the bereaved parent you are is unbearable.
But you don’t have to walk it alone.
When you’re ready—whether that’s today, next month, or next year—we’re here.
In memory of the babies who are loved, missed, and never forgotten.
